When you’re taking a small break from your diet

Pengat Pisang

Recipe:
Ingredients
400 ml Coconut Milk (Santan)
4 Bananas (Pisang)
1 can of Jackfruit in Syrup (Nangka dalam Sirap)
1 Palm Sugar (Gula Melaka)
1 Pandan Leaf
3 tbsp Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Step 1 – Making the Syrup
1) In a pot, add in water & palm sugar.
2) Add in pandan leaf & bring to a boil.

Step 2 – Making Pengat Pisang
1) In a different pot, add in coconut milk.
2) Add in the jackfruit syrup.
3) Season with sugar & salt.
4) Add the bananas, bring to a boil, & DONE!

To serve, put Glutinous Rice Balls, add in Pengat Pisang, sliced Jackfruit, top with the Syrup.
